A Quick and Easy Cooked Bone treat!

This process is as quick as the Blog post will be!

So we purchased a half a cow last year, which was an amazing deal and filled our deep freeze which I love!. It also came with soup bones, filled with marrow! I do make bone broth so I have used these for human consumption... as well I'm intregued with roasting marrow for "people food" and may try it one day..... That said my dog goes nuts for these roasted bone treats!

From a raw state roast these bones marrow cut down in a 300 degree oven. Cook for 60 minutes and then flip and cook for another 60 minutes. I would recommend these to be fully cooked to almost looking dry to ensure that the bone itself is sufficiently dry and the marrow itself is really rich and I found if undercooked it upset my dogs tummy!

Be sure to only give these to your dog while you are present... like all bone treats, to ensure that they don't splinter off parts of the bone while they chew it.
