The Ultimate "Meal" Caesar Drink!
Fresh Clamato juice, Vodka, with the right amount of horseradish and salty rim, with an entire meal on a skewer! This is my kind of drink!
So who doesn't love a Caesar? I suppose anyone from a Country that does not have them and in exchange enjoys what is called a Bloody Mary!!! The same? Almost, because the Caesar uses Clamato juice rather than tomato! It's a nice addition!
To start I used a very delicious Caesar mix and Grey Goose Vodka! But this isn't all you have to put some elbow grease into making this drink awesome! Let's get started!
The Caesar traditionally (At least in Canada) is made fancy by shoving as much spicy "food" as you can in the glass.... I would say that the sign of a great drink is the uniqueness of garnish rather than the actual mixing of the drink... but I digress.... I also tried to fancy up my drink. I started with my husbands home made bacon! Yes he makes bacon! You can check out how we did it here. I also took some spicy Poblano peppers, dill pickles, and pimento stuffed olives, and wove these between the folds of raw bacon on a skewer! I placed these in the oven at 350 degrees and cooked them until the bacon was fully cooked.
Meanwhile, I wet the rim of a glass and coated in a celery salt mix also known as a Caesar rim!
I added 1 shot of vodka, and filled the rest of the glass with clamato juice. Added a healthy squirt of lime juice, a Tsp of horseradish and 2 Tsp of Worcestershire... some even add hot sauce! I will leave that to you! Stir this well and add your "food garnish".
